Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number or email address, choose a strong password and confirm you are 18 or older. The whole process takes about two minutes. Once registered, you can log in immediately, make your first PKR deposit and start placing bets. There is no waiting period between registration and your first deposit.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Solat PK. This applies to all account activity including betting, deposits, withdrawals and bonus claims. Age is verified during the KYC process before your first withdrawal is processed. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is not permitted under any circumstances.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts — even if registered with different mobile numbers or email addresses — are detected during KYC verification and can result in all associated balances and bonuses being suspended. If you cannot access your existing account, use the password reset process or contact support. Do not create a second account.

Go to the Login page and use the password reset option. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and a verification code will be sent via SMS. Enter the code and set a new password — the whole process takes about three minutes. If you registered with an email address instead of a mobile number, the code goes to your inbox. If you no longer have access to either, contact support at the email in the footer with your full name and CNIC details for manual verification.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — it is an identity verification process that confirms you are who you say you are before any funds leave the platform. You can register, deposit and bet without completing KYC. However, your first withdrawal request will trigger a KYC check. You will need to provide a clear photo of your CNIC (both sides) and confirm your registered mobile number. Having this ready in advance avoids any delay in receiving your PKR winnings.
Deposits in PKR

Solat PK supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit varies slightly by payment method but is kept low to make the platform accessible for all Pakistan players. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits have a very low entry point in PKR, making it easy to start with a small amount before committing larger sums. Exact minimums for each method are shown on the Deposit page.

Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits credit within two to five minutes. Bank Transfer deposits can take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If your balance has not updated after 30 minutes, first check that the transaction shows as completed on your JazzCash or Easypaisa app. If money has left your wallet but your Solat PK balance is still zero, contact support with the transaction reference number and amount so the team can locate and manually credit the payment.

Solat PK does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, your own payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank — may apply their own small transaction charges depending on your account type and the amount being transferred. Check your payment app's fee schedule if you are unsure. The amount that arrives in your Solat PK account is the net figure after any provider fees.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section and select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer. Enter the amount in PKR and confirm the request. First-time withdrawal requests require KYC verification (CNIC photo). Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed faster. Full instructions are on the Withdrawal page.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often arriving within a few hours of the request being approved. Raast transfers to a linked bank account are also generally quick. Standard Bank Transfer timelines depend on your bank but are usually completed within one to two business days. If KYC has not been completed yet, your first withdrawal will be held until verification is done — so it is worth completing KYC before you need to withdraw.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal being delayed or rejected are: KYC not yet completed, a pending wagering requirement from an active bonus, account details not matching the registered name, or a technical issue with the payment provider. Check your account for any pending notifications. If you have an active bonus, review the wagering requirement — withdrawals may be restricted until the requirement is met. Contact support if you cannot identify the cause.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the Withdrawal page. The minimums are kept reasonable so you do not need to accumulate a large balance before cashing out. If your available balance is below the minimum threshold for your preferred method, you can switch to a method with a lower minimum or continue playing until the balance reaches the required amount.

Live in-play betting lets you place bets on a cricket match while it is actively being played. Odds change in real time based on what is happening on the pitch — wickets, boundaries, run rates and match situation all affect the live prices. You can bet on who will win from the current position, how many runs will be scored in the next over, or who will take the next wicket. A stable internet connection is recommended for in-play betting as markets can close quickly during fast-moving moments.

Beyond cricket and PSL, Solat PK also covers Football — including major European leagues and international tournaments — as well as Esports markets. Football betting is popular among Pakistan players who follow the Premier League, La Liga and UEFA competitions. Esports markets cover major tournaments in games like CS2 and Dota 2. Your winnings are calculated as your stake multiplied by the decimal odds at the time you placed the bet. For example, a PKR 1,000 bet at odds of 2.50 returns PKR 2,500 (including your original stake), giving a net profit of PKR 1,500. All winnings are credited to your Solat PK account balance in PKR immediately after the event result is confirmed. You can then withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank account.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is a percentage match on your first PKR deposit. For example, a 100% bonus on a PKR 2,000 deposit gives you PKR 4,000 in total funds to play with. The bonus credit is added to your account alongside your real money balance. Before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings, you need to meet a wagering requirement — this means placing bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover requirement) means you need to place bets equal to a certain multiple of your bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets. You can track your wagering progress inside your account dashboard. Increasing a limit has a short cooling-off period built in — reducing a limit takes effect straight away. This tool is there to help you stay within a budget you are comfortable with.

Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently closes your account and prevents you from logging in or creating a new account. It is available from your account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. You can choose a cooling-off period — ranging from a few days to several months — or a permanent exclusion. Yes. Session time reminders can be configured from your account settings. You can set an alert that notifies you when you have been logged in for a specified number of minutes or hours. This is a soft reminder — it does not automatically log you out, but it prompts you to take a break and reassess.
