1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the Solat PK platform in any capacity — whether to browse available markets, deposit funds, place bets or play Slot Games and Live Casino — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Solat PK platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with Solat PK, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Solat PK does not permit access or account registration to anyone under 18.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your genuine personal details. Registering on behalf of another person or using false identity information is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing Solat PK account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement that covers the Solat PK platform at the time of registration.

During registration you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Solat PK may request verification documents at any stage to confirm your identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until the process is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your Solat PK account is active, you take on a number of ongoing responsibilities as the account holder:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including any bets placed, deposits made or bonuses claimed — regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you or not, until you formally report a security issue to Solat PK support.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact Solat PK immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• You must not attempt to access any other player's account, and must not share your account access with family members, friends or any third party for the purpose of circumventing platform rules.
• Your account is for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes, including running a betting service for others, is prohibited.

Solat PK reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is evidence of misuse, shared access, or any activity that violates these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, the full balance may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Deposits

All deposits on Solat PK are processed and held in PKR — Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversions applied at any point in the transaction chain. The amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your Solat PK balance.

The following deposit methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit processed in real time
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit processed in real time
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from your bank account, subject to standard banking processing timelines
• Debit and credit cards — Visa and Mastercard supported

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. Deposits made using a payment method that does not belong to you personally will be reversed and may result in account suspension. Solat PK does not accept deposits from third-party sources on behalf of account holders.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Solat PK balance are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in PKR. This policy is in place as part of standard financial controls and applies to all accounts.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly once approved, subject to the platform's standard processing queue.
• Withdrawals via Raast or Bank Transfer follow standard inter-bank processing timelines and may take longer to reflect in your account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed in your account withdrawal section.
• Solat PK reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where account details have recently been changed.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash portion of your balance is available for withdrawal where a bonus is still active.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or payment methods that differ significantly from those used to fund the account. Any attempt to circumvent this policy may result in withdrawal suspension and further account review.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Solat PK, whether on cricket, PSL, football, T20 Internationals, Esports or any other market available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Any subsequent odds movement does not affect confirmed bets.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may shift. If odds change significantly during this window, you will be presented with the new odds and given the option to confirm or decline.
• Solat PK reserves the right to void bets where a clear and demonstrable pricing error occurred at the time of placement. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your balance.
• Bets may be voided in the event of event cancellation, abandonment, or where a match is not completed within the timeframe specified by Solat PK's settlement rules for that sport.
• PSL and international cricket matches that are reduced by weather are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant cricket board using the applicable method (such as Duckworth-Lewis-Stern).
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the full payout to be awarded. A voided selection within an accumulator reduces the bet to the remaining legs.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Solat PK offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers and seasonal promotions tied to events like the Pakistan Super League. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus funds multiple times is considered abuse and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot Games typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the promotion details.
• Solat PK reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify promotion terms with reasonable notice to players.
• If a bonus has been claimed in what Solat PK determines to be bad faith — including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or using betting patterns designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play — the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Solat PK platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit bonus offers.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime. Solat PK cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into such activity.
• Registering more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Solat PK staff or other users in any manner.

9 Responsible Gaming

Solat PK is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and remains within a healthy, manageable budget for every player. Betting is entertainment — it should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover previous losses.

The platform provides the following tools to help you manage your gambling activity, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap to control how much you fund your account within any given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you how long you have been actively playing or betting on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from betting for a defined period without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel your gambling is causing harm. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not easily reversed.

• Data necessary for payment processing is shared with the relevant payment providers — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank — only to the extent required to complete your transaction.
• Solat PK uses industry-standard security measures to protect account and transaction data from unauthorised access.

11 Limitation of Liability

Solat PK provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, particularly during periods of maintenance, high traffic or events outside its reasonable control including network outages, force majeure events or third-party payment system downtime.

• Solat PK is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, provided that affected bets or transactions are settled fairly once normal service resumes.
• Solat PK is not responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
• In all cases, Solat PK's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with a single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed in relation to that incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Changes to Terms

Solat PK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details held on their account or through an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

If you continue to use Solat PK after the updated Terms have been published, this constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should discontinue use of the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance before the change takes effect.
